Conference Venue

The conference venue is the Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour, 161 Sussex St., Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia.

The below negotiated rates apply for the duration of the conference and will be made available to delegates in the lead up to the event. Please be advised that the rates are strictly subject to availability at the time of reservation. For bookings please follow this link . If you contact the hotel directly you may end up talking to their call centre in Manila who have no details of the conference or the discount rate. The rates are inclusive of the GST. Please note that these rates may be extended pre and post the dates above at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability.

The iWAT2014 discount rates expire on February 1, 2014 so book soon.

    • $270 per night room only
    • $290 per night with 1 breakfast
    • $310 per night with 2 breakfasts
  • Harbour View Rooms
    • $300 per night room only
    • $320 per night with 1 breakfast
    • $340 per night with 2 breakfasts

For guests staying in house secure car parking is available from $45per vehicle per day (subject to availability and change). The rates include complimentary use of fitness facilities including gymnasium & swimming pools. An additional charge of $60 applies for a third person in a room and the maximum occupancy for any room is 3 people.

There is also a large range of accommodation from basic to five star resorts available in Sydney. We recommend that you explore accommodation options on popular hotel booking sites such as wotif and Hotel Club ). The Sydney CBD is a large place, if staying away from the conference hotel we recommend a hotel in the Darling Harbour area.

Airline and Ground Transportation Information

There are two Sydney's in the world with international airports, one in Australia and one in Canada. Make sure you are going to airport code SYD in Australia.

Transport from the airport to the Conference Hotel is either by Taxi or by train. If taking a taxi pay the metered fare. Taxis accept credit cards. If taking the train alight at Town Hall Station and then walk to the hotel (a flat 549 meters through the shopping district). See to plan your public transport trips in Sydney.
